How big are the toppers?
Each topper is around 5-6" high, and on average weigh around 200g.

What are they made from?
Our toppers are made from polymer clay, a lightweight durable clay which should be treated like any other ornament. It is 100% non toxic and conforms to ASTM D 4236.

How much do they cost/how do I pay?
Each topper is priced differently depending on your requirements, please choose the most appropriate topper style from our online shop. Payment is made by Paypal, you do not need to have an account with them.

Whats included in the price?    
Each topper includes small props and extras such as wine glasses, footballs, newspapers, small suitcases, scarves, glasses etc at no extra cost. Larger extras (cars, motorbikes, pets etc) and additional people are charged for separatley. If the base option is chosen this includes names and date details free of charge if required.

What details do you need to make my topper?
As many details as possible make for the most unique and personalised topper! Upon placing your order I will email a list of the required details to you, please ensure you supply a valid email address and contact details when you place your order!

How long do they take to complete?
Dream Cake Toppers require at least 4-6 weeks to make and supply your topper. If you require a topper sooner than this please email to check our diary before placing your order.

When will I receive my topper?
All our toppers are made  in the order they are received and you will be advised by email on placing your order of the expected delivery date - this is usually 4-6 weeks after the oder is placed.

How are they posted?
Our toppers are wrapped in tissue and supplied in a keepsake box, which is then placed securely in an outer postal box and posted to you using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Our post & packing charges are £6 for the UK and £15 worldwide.

Are they breakable?
Yes, just like any ceramic ornament, however the polymer clay used is very robust, we recommend that you do not pick up your topper by any part other than the base.

What happens if I receive a damaged topper?
In the very unlikely event that your cake topper should arrive damaged you can either use Superglue to make small repairs, or if time allows you can return your topper to us for repair, however additional postage costs are to be paid by yourself.

Are they edible?
No, your topper is made from 100% non toxic polymer clay which can safely sit on top of your cake but cannot be eaten!

How do I look after my topper?
Your topper should be treated as any other delicate ornament, a regular dusting with a small brush is ideal and it should be kept out of direct sunlight. Your topper will last for many years if treated well and kept dry.

Refunds 
As all Dream Toppers are made to individual order details we do not offer refunds. Please ensure you are happy with your quote before you place your order! In the event of a damaged topper being received please email us for repairs to be made to your item.
